Turning Daily Insights Into Actionable Intel 🏹

Dear Co-x3 Community,
This week, we will focus on learning effectively - how we can turn the daily insights we digest into actionable intel?
We've spent a lot of time this week trying to understand the needs of our community because being a contributing part of your success is our success. Our updates and improvements today will reflect many of the conversations we've had and will continue to have in pursuit of a stronger community. 🤗

Our resident personal trainer and aspiring medical student Peter Voges has created a wonderful, meaningful way for us to stay fit together 💪 while we're in quarantine - he's prepared a very comprehensive home workout plan for us and is even offering to do LIVE video calls with us 3-7 times a week (depending on interest) to get us exercising! We're getting the fitness space up and running - do drop by if you're interested to join!

This week's honest sharing 💭
Every week, I am deeply honest about important topics.
On Sunday Apr 26, we had our third week of honest accountability via our gamification avatars, and had meaningful conversations about topics that mattered to the community. We discussed how we can improve ourselves every day by documenting and listening to the data around our lives. Click here to watch the session recording if you couldn't make it!
What I've been resonating with 📚
Constant learning is an important part of your growth journey, and I try to read as much as I can to learn as fast as I can. Every week, I'll share key insights from the best pieces of content I digest.

Improve yourself so you can invest in yourself.
Integrity means your agenda matches your values.
Build a bias to action by focusing on the next achievable unit.
Document your life so that your experience builds intelligence.
Remove temptation in your life so you don't need to challenge your will.
Whenever you come across any hard times - imagine, if you were on your deathbed, how much would you pay to re-live the moment you're currently in?
The more you fixate on your emotions (whether running away from them, etc.), they will become fixtures.
Control how you react to your emotions, not the emotion itself.
Things to look forward to 👀
I've also been thinking for a long time now - how can I deliver more meaningful value to community members who want to drastically power up their lives? This is my answer:
We've opened up additional services to offer workshops, bootcamps, and consulting for those who are looking to level up together.
I've also been working hard on a huge course for the community! Power Up Your Motivation is an extensive training library that covers the principles behind gamification, how being intentional can help you find the meaning in your life, and step-by-step instructions to make your learnings actionable in notion. This bundle also includes basic training on how to use and master Notion's unique features for life management. Get early access here →
We're still looking for more ideas on fun and engaging fantasy/RPG themed email interactions for community members who are interested in gamifying their lives with us. Read the ideas we have so far and let us know if you have anything you'd like to suggest or contribute!
We'll be doing online group exercises together as a community this week, join our Fitness Space to be notified when we have more details!
