Thinking Clearly 🧠
Dear Co-x3 Community,
This week, we will focus on thinking clearly - how can we stay clearheaded in the darkest of situations?
It's been a fantastic week for our community - here are some highlights:
If you're in our patron or discord community, you may have heard about a BIG step we just took...full details to be released next week alongside an exciting launch party! (If you can't wait, check out this link...)
+6 Patrons! Thank you Daniel, Derrick, Sabrina, Cassie, Hanna, and Isak. With your support, we can release quality content more regularly, and provide special and customized perks for supporters like you! Thank you so much!
This week's honest sharing
Every week, I am deeply honest about important topics.
If you have 5 minutes to spare, I'd like to tell you a story about why I started Co-x3, and why its a community built for you. Watch the video below to learn more
What I've been resonating with
Constant learning is an important part of your growth journey, and I try to read as much as I can to learn as fast as I can. Every week, I'll share key insights from the best pieces of content I digest.
If we imagine good memories are rose coloured, and other emotions like anxiety are yellow or red - then whatever we perceive in the moment is a mix of the colors - brown
But when we look back, we realize the stress and anxiety we felt in the moment have been resolved or didn't matter - so we just end up remembering the rosy colours.
TAKEAWAY: Don't let the stress and anxiety (which is often contextual and short term) take you away from the enjoyment of the experience at hand.
Writing freezes your fears, doubts, uncertainty on paper so you can move on with the rest of your day
By writing well, you can learn to express yourself and see where you are sharp and where you are dull
ACTION: Write at least 2 pages every day, and edit from different perspectives - for yourself, your fans, your critics. Get someone to proofread to check where you are unclear, slow-paced, and tell you the 10% to keep and what to cut.
Things to look forward to
As mentioned last week, we've launched a pilot to help local businesses bring gamification into their organizations to connect better with their remote teams, as well as a support package for anybody who's looking to drastically upgrade their personal systems with classes and 1-on-1 sessions. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would be interested in learning more!
Our first 5 clients will enjoy 30% off all services, and if you are an ongoing patron, you are eligible for an additional 15% off.
We have a HUGE announcement next week, please stay tuned. We're constantly working on delivering more and more value for our community - thank you so much for being a huge part of our journey!
Prompt for the week
